Profile Mistakes That Cost Creators Subscribers Every Day

These are the most common setup errors we see when creators come to us having already launched. Every one of them is fixable — but better to avoid them in the first place.

A bio that says nothing. "Welcome to my page 🔥" tells a visitor nothing about who you are or what they're paying for. A specific, warm bio converts dramatically better.

No pinned post. New subscribers land on your feed and see a wall of content with no context. A pinned welcome post that explains who you are and what to expect makes an enormous difference to how long they stay.

Profile photo taken in bad light. Your profile photo is the first thing people see across every platform you promote on. A dark, blurry or unflattering image kills conversions before your bio is even read.

No preview content, or too much. Too little free preview content and people can't see what they're paying for. Too much and there's no reason to subscribe. Finding the right balance is something we do for you.
